The 16-yr old singer-songwriter will be performing original acoustic rock music.

Margot has won the Washington Area Music Award for "New Artist of the Year." She has also received Wammie nominations for the Fans' Favorite Award, Rock Female Vocalist, Rock Recording (Torn), Video of the Year (Liberty), and Song of the Year (Fly Away).

Margot received the "Young Artist Award" by the Mid-Atlantic Songwriting Contest. The organization has honored many of her songs.

The Music Center at Strathmore has invited Margot to be an Artist-In-Residence for their 2008-09 season.
