Visual Arts Committee
The Visual Arts committee is responsible for the coordination and management of events that engage visual artists in the Artomatic community; for the planning and coordination of events that enable the general public to learn more about art, craft and performance and to participate in workshops that teach related skills; and for the presentation of special Artomatic collaborations such as the peeps dioramas. Marketing CommitteeThe Marketing Committee coordinates the promotion and marketing of Artomatic before and during the event. They also work with Artomatic supporters to make the best use of grants and other in-kind donations. Roles and responsibilities include:

Event and Program Management CommitteeThe Event and Program Management Committee oversees and administers the Artomatic space and event. They identify, map and allocate space in the building for visual and performing artists and programs; are responsible for build-out of all artist, performance and program structures; organize registration, orientation and site selection; and oversee installation before the event. Roles and responsibilities include:

Performing Arts CommitteeThe Performing Arts committee is responsible for music, dance, theater, poetry, spoken word, comedy and special events. The committee includes managers for all of the following genres. Each manager (or team) is responsible for scheduling performers and programming for their genre.

Staffing and Volunteer CommitteeThe Staffing and Volunteer Committee is responsible for recruiting and managing volunteers, directing volunteers to assignments where they are most needed, and ensuring that the event is fully staffed with volunteers and gallery managers while the building is open. The committee works with each of the other committees to identify roles, tasks and openings.
