In creating these paintings, drawings, and prints, many recurring symbols appear like my own recurring dreams.

In the midst of casual conversation, tinking glasses, and rattling silverware comes a brief moment of contemplation. This drawing was inspired by the conversations, spoken and unspoken, in a small tapas bar in Bilbao, Spain.
