Davin acquired a love of travel and learning early in life. Inspired by the work of Henri Cartier-Bresson, Ansel Adams, Walker Evans, Elliot Erwitt, and Steve McCurry, he took up photography as a means to further explore and share the wonders of the world, whether they are found on the other side of the globe or just down the street. Previously based in Seattle and New York, Davin has recently joined the artist community in Washington, DC. He has utilized a fully digital workflow since early 2004.
